At Plum Tree, we are committed to ensuring you have a satisfying shopping experience. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we provide an exchange-only policy under the following terms:

  • We do not offer returns or monetary refunds under any circumstances.

  • Products can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • Only one exchange request per order is allowed.

πŸ” Exchange Conditions

An exchange request will be accepted only if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, freebies, and accessories intact.

  • The exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product is not part of the non-exchangeable items list (see below).

  • The correct item was delivered in proper condition; however, the customer wants a different size, variant, etc. (in which case, conditions below apply).


🚚 Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are required to ship the product back to us at the address provided after the exchange request is approved.

  • In some cases, Plum Tree may arrange pickup through our courier partners, subject to serviceability.

  • Customers may be asked to bear the cost of return shipping and/or re-shipping, depending on the nature of the exchange:

    • If the exchange is due to a personal preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), shipping charges will apply.

    • If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, Plum Tree will cover the shipping costs.


πŸ”„ Processing Exchanges

  • Once we receive the returned product and complete a quality check, we will dispatch the replacement product within 2–4 business days.

  • If the requested product variant is unavailable, store credit may be issued, valid for a future purchase on our platform.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is used, washed, damaged, or not in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

  • Product is part of a final sale, promotional giveaway, or free product.

  • Exchange request is raised after 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product has a tampered serial number or has been altered.


🧾 Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery via β€œMy Account”.

  • The product must be returned in original condition for the exchange to be approved.

  • Plum Tree will bear the shipping costs for such cases.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

  • Discount vouchers, once used, will not be re-issued in case of an exchange.

  • For orders purchased during bundle/cart/offer promotions, the entire bundle must be exchanged, not individual products.

  • Shipping addresses for exchange must be the same as the original delivery address.
